The American Neuropsychiatric Association and its subsidiaries (ANPA) respect the privacy of the users of its website (Users). This Privacy Policy explains ANPA's privacy practices, including collection of personal information and how the information is used. By visiting the ANPA website, Users accept the practices described in this Policy.

ANPA does not collect personally identifiable information from Users unless Users provide it to ANPA voluntarily and knowingly. If Users volunteer, order, or subscribe to an ANPA publication/product, request information, or register for an ANPA program/event, ANPA may collect the following personal information: first and last name, credentials, organization, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and email address. ANPA will not sell or rent Users' personal information without Users' consent except as required by law. However, ANPA may sell or rent the first and last name and mailing address of ANPA members, but not of non-member Users. Additionally, ANPA may track Users' clicks and mouse movements while on its website and may record Users' sessions at random, in order to analyze User experience on the website. User passwords and credit card information are never collected.
